Why doesn't CRK do weekday catered events?

We actually do, but they are mostly BBQ Cook-Offs and Special events.  All catering events are primarily done on weekends due request and popular demand.  However, upon inquiry exceptions might be made on an individual event basis.

Who is Team Coyote Road Kill?

We are a group of BBQ Enthusiasts and professionals consisting of Dan and Barbara Cannon, Rick Streiff & family, Bill Wight, and Gary Balbach. We will compete in select BBQ Cook-Off throughout the mid and western states.

What is BBQbyDan?

BBQbyDan is the catering division of our company.  We specialize and focus on genuine Award Winning BBQ meats and sides.  Smoked low-and-slow with Hickory, Oak, and Mesquite hardwoods.  All food products will be cooked and prepared on-site and in the original way it has been done since BBQ began in the U.S.  

Coyote Road Kill is the Competition Cooking Team that travels the BBQ State Championship circuit in California, Nevada, Arizona, and other major competitions throughout the United States.  Such as the American Royal Cook-Off which is the World Series of Cook-Offs held in Kansas City MO.

What are good days for BBQbyDan to cater events?

The absolute best days by far will be Saturdays.  Any Saturday throughout the year.  The best serving times will be from Noon through 20:00.
