  This is a "Dave Klose " manufactured BBQ Smoker designed for catering
       

A Fajita / Santa Maria Style grill will be mounted on this side 

Fajita Grill newly mounted which rolls out on fold-out rail
    

This is a Dave Klose Mobile Catering BBQ Smoker, specifics are:

• The Chamber is 30" BY 8' Each Chamber has two pull out shelves.
   

• Fajita Grill, roll-out large model, for grilling (on log rack side but not in picture)
   

• Turkey Fryer / Burner Assembly (on tongue but not in picture)
   

• Tandem Axel Electric Brakes
   

• Counterweights on Chamber Doors, (allows you to lift the doors up without stressing).
   

• Chrome Mags W/ Wide Track Tires, Never been hauled NEW condition
   

• Full 24'' 8' Log rack. (Used to haul your wood with you when going to shows, this has never been used as well)
   

• Tuning Plates (used for cooking evenly throughout the whole pit)
   

• 2" Drain Ball Valve
   

• Fully Insulated Fire Box
   

• Gas Fired Fire Box (with extended connections for connecting away from BBQ pit)
   

• Spare Tire W/ Chrome Mag & Holder
   

• Fold up Center Piece (allowing you to cook Large animals)
