SHRIMP & LOBSTER SAUCE
|
Ground Round, 1 lb
Shrimp, peeled and tails off, 1 lb
Onions, chopped, 1
Garlic, chopped, 2 tablespoon
Mushroom, chopped, 4 or 5
Cream of Mushroom Soup, Campbell's, 2 cans
Milk, 1/2 soup can from above
Soy Sauce, 4 tablespoons
Eggs, 4, drizzled in at end
White Rice, 1 cup
- Fry ground ground with onions, add chopped garlic and mushrooms at
end
- Add Mushroom soup in pan with milk & Soy sauce, add milk slowly to
ensure thickness while at simmer
- Add Shrimp and let simmer with everything till not translucent
- When done, break 3 eggs in to cup, drizzle over mixture, streak in
long
lines with fork and let cook. Don't over cook eggs. When eggs done all is
done
- Have white rice done at same time
- Serve over rice, add soy to taste
